stable folder cause you don't have to look at a BILLION drawings and see that there is one at the end is a wrong one. a stable folder makes it A LOT more simple.
I think it's needless work for the administrators to have to sort it in the first place -- as it is, if 3 submissions a day is too much, that means that the 80+ submissions a day from users have to each be sorted separately and that just seems silly.
I say just reject art put in the right folder, comment that it needs to be put in the proper folder, and leave it at that really. Seems easier.
See? It seems like it'd make more sense to let folks do it themselves as opposed to making the admins go through each and every one and move them. (I threw out 80 because I didn't want to sound passive aggressive or anything otl)
To be honest I really like Option 1 (Stable). And I'm not a lazy person (or a communist XD), it's just that there are artists like me that create more unconventional art and we don't always know where to put our works. And I don't like to be rejected either :/
