I'm a fan of chaos but my favorite antagonist is probably Lyra, Colgate and Moondancer after being corrupted by Chrysalis.

Nightmare Moon is cool but not so evil but I still voted for her! Discord would be the strongest villain, and Chrysalis would be more evil.
